Description

Lead backend development using Java and the Spring ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries within RDBMS environments.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and advanced data structures to solve complex problems.
• Integrate applications within DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Operate within Linux environments and follow standard SDLC and Agile processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Framework including Spring Boot 2.x+.
• Strong experience with SQL and RDBMS, specifically SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with Java EE, preferably Oracle.
• Expert-level understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Excellent grasp of Object Oriented Design.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Linux environments including scripting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Java EE.
