You will lead Java development teams and own the design of scalable microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale applications using microservices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Drive technical decisions for Spring Boot and messaging infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and JMS.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing.
