Lead the design and implementation of complex, distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design shared libraries and frameworks for cross-cutting concerns like security and observability.
• Analyze, plan, and implement solutions for large-scale, unstructured problems independently.
• Monitor end-to-end application rollouts into production environments.
• Document all work to ensure seamless continuation by team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and cloud-native application development (OpenShift preferred).
• Experience with Git for source control.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Competency in SQL and NoSQL, including database schema design.
• Proven ability to design artifacts supporting cross-cutting concerns.
• Strong communication skills for design articulation.
