Description

You will lead the development of scalable, multi-tier enterprise products and manage engineering efforts for distributed teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring.
• Lead engineering efforts for onshore and offshore teams.
• Implement web application components using HTML, XML, and Ajax.
• Manage the full application lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ensure microservices architecture integrity and AWS infrastructure stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years developing applications with Java and Spring.
• 2+ years as a lead engineer managing distributed teams.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with ORM technologies like Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Required experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT or SVN).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Ajax.
