Description

Lead technical delivery of end-to-end applications using a full-stack Java and UI approach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive team delivery through end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle.
• Implement test-driven development and continuous refactoring within a CI environment.
• Perform functional analysis to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain high-quality results through proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Collaborate within agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

Required Skills

• Deep hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture and REST Web Services.
• Strong experience with Hibernate and relational databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming.
• Expertise in UI technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience with ReactJS, including State Management, Redux, and Reducers.
• Proficiency with jQuery and NodeJS.
• Ability to work in an agile team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing functional analysis.
