Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience with Java development.
• 6+ years of experience in team leadership or technical management.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise applications.
• Ability to guide junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
