You will lead technical delivery and oversee development for Java-based microservices.

Responsibilities include managing offshore teams through code reviews, implementing microservices architecture with Spring Boot and reactive programming, and streamlining development and maintenance processes. You will also provide production and UAT support for existing services.

• Lead technical delivery and oversee development of Java-based microservices.
• Manage offshore teams by conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and reactive programming.
• Streamline development, delivery, and maintenance processes.
• Provide production and UAT support for existing services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Java 8 or higher, including Lambdas, Functional Interfaces, and Streams API.
• Deep understanding of Spring Framework, Spring Boot WebFlux, and Spring Reactive Programming.
• Experience with Microservice Architecture and session management, including authorization and authentication.
• Strong grasp of Java Design Patterns and multi-threading.
• Practical experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience with event-driven models using Kafka or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Bitbucket, Sonar, Jenkins, Confluence, Postman, IntelliJ, GIT, and JIRA.
• Experience with GCP or AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of React.js or similar frontend technologies.
