Description

Lead system analysis, development, and production support for project teams. Own technical design and execution of system functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and technical approaches to create and customize system features.
• Perform code reviews and mentor team members to ensure technical growth.
• Analyze and revise existing system logic while providing concise technical documentation.
• Execute testing, user training, and post-implementation customer support.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to legacy production systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java-based web application development experience.
• Strong mastery of Core Java fundamentals and Object Oriented Programming (OOP/OOD).
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
• Expertise working with JSP and servlets.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DB2.
