Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enhancements for the business banking loan application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design technical solutions for medium to large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements and produce technical design documentation.
• Lead development efforts, provide project scope estimates, and manage implementation through testing and debugging.
• Coordinate with outside vendor teams that interface with internal applications.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support the team in troubleshooting production issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL.
• Proficiency in C++ development.
• Experience using PowerShell for automation or scripting.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in multi-platform environments.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ARGOS Teller.
• Knowledge of Zena batch scheduler and batch processing.
• Microsoft ecosystem experience including Active Directory, IIS, and Windows Server.
