Lead a small development team in designing and building scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-5 developers through the full software development life cycle.
• Design and develop Java/J2EE frameworks and scalable front-end interfaces.
• Implement REST and SOAP web services to support application functionality.
• Enforce software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Manage source control, testing, and operations for delivered software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Java and J2EE framework development and design skills.
• Experience with Angular 2+, HTML/HTML5, XML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, and Node.JS.
• Deep knowledge of ORM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC and professional testing practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
