You lead the Java team in delivering high-quality technical solutions and driving the microservices architecture roadmap. You provide hands-on development, mentorship, and architectural guidance for Kafka, Microservices, and MongoDB integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering sound technical outcomes and driving the microservices architecture roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance for Kafka, Microservices, and MongoDB integrations.
• Mentor team members to develop top-quality code, create test plans, and ensure issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested.
• Work hands-on to develop features or fix issues to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and the tech team in an Agile environment to adapt to changing business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
• Proficiency with MongoDB for data persistence and integration.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical situations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving technical direction and roadmap for large-scale systems.
