Lead technical solution development and delivery for Java-based applications, guiding teams through the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices and serverless architectures using established patterns to ensure scalability and high availability.
• Collaborate with client architects to define and implement high-level and low-level technical solutions.
• Drive performance tuning, database design, and functional design requirements.
• Lead technical teams and manage remote collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, and Struts.
• Proficiency with Apache Tomcat and JSP.
• Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and architectural design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot and Web Application Development.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Integration Technologies, and DevSecOps.
