Description

Lead Java development efforts, including requirements analysis, design validation, and architecture review to ensure service level compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide teams to produce optimized, high-quality code while maintaining adherence to engineering guidelines.
• Participate in project estimation, provide solution delivery input, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Perform code reviews and validate unit test plans to ensure software quality.
• Understand requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Core Java.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot framework.
• Demonstrated understanding of SOLID design principles and modeling methods.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of testing tools and software quality assurance principles.
• Basics of architecture and design fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of more than one technology.
• Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies.
