Description

Lead technical delivery, mentor engineering teams, and own all team deliverables in a distributed client/server environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own team deliverables, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Design and implement scalable microservices using REST and SOAP/XML.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Iterative methodologies.
• Execute capacity planning, system performance analysis, and optimization.
• Oversee the complete deployment process from development through to production.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• 9+ years of design experience with Spring Boot and Web Services (SOAP and/or REST).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building microservices.
• 5+ years of experience with database technologies including NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Expertise in DML, DDL, and query optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration using Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-based messaging and real-time data streaming.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or 11.
• Strong analysis, design, and programming skills.
