Description

You will lead Java development initiatives, owning architecture, code quality, and delivery for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Cassandra.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and distributed system components.
• Drive CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, system architecture, and Agile/Scrum best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, including a mandatory Java Lead role.
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong proficiency with Cassandra database.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Background in Telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and system architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
