Lead technical development for retail pricing and promotions systems, owning microservice architecture and API design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Java-based microservices.
• Own development of pricing and promotions logic in retail environments.
• Architect scalable REST API protocols for core retail functions.
• Drive technical decisions for complex retail system integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the retail sector.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Deep functional knowledge of Pricing and Promotions systems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST API protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ATG.
