Description

Lead technical initiatives and full-stack development for legacy and modern applications, managing moderately complex projects and contributing to large-scale technical planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document software using Java, Spring Boot, React, and jQuery.
• Resolve complex technical challenges by evaluating new technologies and procedures.
• Mentor junior developers and serve as the technical escalation point.
• Manage work across both legacy systems and new project builds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in core Java and advanced Java features.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong frontend development experience using React, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Practical understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working with SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Collaboration experience with mid-level managers to meet project goals.
