Description

You will build and deliver regulatory reporting and operational capabilities by integrating modern technologies with compliance, risk, and IT functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop core server-side systems using Java.
• Design and implement integrations utilizing message queues and enterprise systems.
• Lead small to medium development teams and mentor engineers.
• Manage and deliver technical projects according to timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of core Java server development experience.
• Strong knowledge of XML, Spring, and Camel Framework.
• Proficiency with message queues including Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, and IBM MQ.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server or Sybase.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial products (derivatives IRD/FX/CRD).
• Experience with regulatory reporting or collateral management systems.
