Lead development of regulatory reporting and operational systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of regulatory reporting and operational systems.
• Design and implement server-side Java solutions.
• Review and enhance existing legacy codebases.
• Address bug fixes and implement user enhancement requests.
• Mentor and lead small to medium development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Core Java server-side development experience.
• Proven recent experience functioning as a Technical Lead.
• Mandatory experience in Capital Markets or Derivatives domain.
• Strong knowledge of XML and Spring Framework.
• Experience with message queues including Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, or IBM MQ.
• Strong SQL skills and RDMS experience (SQL Server, Sybase).
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial products (IRD, FX, CRD derivatives).
• Familiarity with collateral management processes.
