Description

You will lead a development team in building scalable microservices and customer applications while ensuring high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Build microservice applications using best practices for fault-tolerant and reusable code.
• Manage a team to deliver new solutions, performing code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define API schemas and groom user stories.
• Set development standards and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices.
• Experience with concurrency frameworks such as Mono or Flux.
• Proficiency in relational databases including Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres.
• Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks like Entity, Hibernate, or Dapper.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Design patterns, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with automated testing using JUnit and API validation tools.
• Proficiency with tools including Jira, GitLab, Swagger, Postman, and SOAP UI.
• Working knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Git, SonarQube, and CI/CD deployment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Financial Domain/Sector.
• Experience with API authentication and authorization using OAuth.
• Awareness and experience implementing the BIAN framework.
