You will lead the development of core application features, designing solutions and mentoring team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of core application features and modules.
• Design software solutions and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure unit and integration testing coverage for new releases.
• Collaborate with developers and QA, participating in code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and review project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with queuing or streaming engines like Kafka.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with SonarQube and Checkmarx for code quality.
• Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring development teams.
• Background in designing scalable microservices.
