Responsibilities

• Lead backend design and architecture decisions.
• Guide the team on coding standards and best practices.
• Review code and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and plan solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams in a hybrid environment.
