Description

Lead development of core server-side systems and manage project deliverables through the full software development lifecycle.

You will lead small-to-medium development teams, mentor engineers, and solve complex technical problems while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts on core server-side systems.
• Manage project deliverables through the software development lifecycle.

• Solve complex technical problems and manage multiple priorities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of core Java server development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring and Camel Framework.
• Experience with message queues including Kafka, JMS, and ActiveMQ.
• Proficiency in SQL and working experience with RDBMS like SQL Server or Sybase.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial products (derivative IRD/FX/CRD).
• Experience with regulatory reporting or collateral management systems.
