Lead a development team in delivering complex projects through technical guidance and architectural oversight. Own the release quality, performance, and coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and oversee quality assurance, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
• Act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, including technical alternatives, component breakdown, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure process compliance and manage project status reporting to minimize escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 8.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Experience implementing Kafka.
• Ability to perform technical estimations and architectural component breakdown.
• Any Graduate degree.
