Description

You will lead the development and delivery of microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring architectural consistency and code quality across the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST controllers and business logic using Spring Boot and Microservices patterns.
• Develop data transformation pipelines using Apache Camel and apply Business Delegate patterns.
• Structure applications with distinct DTO, DAO, Service, Controller, and Utility packages for maintainability.
• Write comprehensive JUnit test cases and implement non-blocking I/O for high-performance services.
• Manage Maven dependencies in pom.xml to ensure version consistency across all microservices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Apache Camel for integration and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive solution development from requirements to delivery.
• Strong communication skills with experience in onsite/offshore collaboration models.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries.
• Experience with logging (Fluent) and metrics/transaction tracking (Sleuth).
