Description

You will lead the development of Java-based microservices and system design, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Define system architecture and solve complex technical problems.
• Manage database interactions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Core Java development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record in system design and REST API development.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
