Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality backend solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and adherence to design standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across backend systems.
• Drive adoption of agile development practices and contribute to architectural discussions.

Required Skills

• 8-13 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with RESTful API development.
• Experience building scalable systems using Spring Batch Framework.
• Demonstrable leadership experience mentoring teams and managing technical projects.
• Proficiency in Backend Architecture design and implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Background in designing high-availability distributed systems.
