Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of scalable J2EE applications while defining design specifications and contributing to product innovation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable J2EE applications adhering to architectural, security, and scalability principles.
• Design data models for effective reporting and data retrieval.
• Contribute to product innovation, prototyping, and functional or design specifications.
• Maintain high standards of design and code quality.
• Work with ESBs and Open Source products to support system integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, SOAP, WSDL, and RESTful Web Services.
• Expertise in Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency with SQL, including queries, functions, and procedures.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Jakarta EE.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with reporting tools such as BIRTS or Jasper.
