You will lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality Java and database-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery of engineering work.
• Design and code deliverables following established standards and design principles.
• Establish realistic timelines and technical specifications to keep projects on target.
• Develop and enforce development policies, procedures, and engineering standards.
• Create unit tests and maintain code coverage according to agreed standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on Java.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java fundamentals and backend development.
• Proficiency in Algorithms, Data Structures, and OOP principles.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading and memory management.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to write optimized code and provide technical direction.
• Experience with cloud-based applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-end technology product development environments.
