Description

You will design, build, and support enterprise-scale platform capabilities and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices ensuring high performance and availability.
• Drive technical designs, proof of concepts, and define acceptance criteria with product teams.
• Own the full lifecycle including quality, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high quality standards across the engineering team.
• Collaborate on system design decisions to manage complexity in cloud environments.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Java (21+) and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• 7+ years of experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and containerization (Docker).
• Proven track record implementing RESTful and gRPC APIs.
• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, Patterns, and Principles.
• Solid foundation in high-level and low-level System Design.
• Proficiency with version control (GitHub/Git-based systems).
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
