Lead small agile teams in building scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy cloud-enabled applications using 12-factor design principles.
• Decompose epics into stories and collaborate with product management on requirements.
• Mentor junior software engineers and provide on-call support.
• Deliver technical solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Lead small agile teams while working independently to deliver high-quality code.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Advanced expertise in Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes/Helm.
• Experience with SQL and stored procedures, preferably with Oracle database.
• Strong knowledge of JPA, REST/Web Services, Maven, and XML.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat, Swagger, Kafka, and Reactor/JavaRX.
• Ability to use continuous integration pipelines and Jenkins for automated deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Angular framework and TypeScript.
