Lead technical teams and deliver fullstack solutions across the application lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams, providing direct guidance and oversight to developers.
• Develop and maintain fullstack features with an even split between backend and frontend work.
• Architect and deploy infrastructure using automation tools.
• Drive technical decisions and mentor team members through hands-on leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in a people leadership role, managing and leading others.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in Angular 13 or higher.
• Fullstack development experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
