Description

You will lead a team of Java developers to deliver scalable, secure software while owning the full development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and drive performance tuning and best practices.
• Manage the Software Development Life Cycle, including sprint planning and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Core Java.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
