Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Microservices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews.
• Design and develop secure RESTful APIs.
• Handle performance tuning, production support, and troubleshooting.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in building and securing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participating in ceremonies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, QA processes, and Product collaboration.
• Experience collaborating with Architecture teams on scalability improvements.
