Description

Lead the modernization of monolithic applications by migrating them from on-premises environments to AWS. Design and implement cloud-native microservices using modern patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using modern implementation patterns.
• Build cloud-native applications and services within AWS.
• Clean up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions to business needs.
• Communicate technical designs and progress to both business and technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java, specifically modern versions (Java 11+).
• Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, and Spring Security.
• Proven experience with microservices design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in AWS for building cloud-native services.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.
• Experience with event messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
• Strong test automation and TDD skills using JUnit, Mockito, or similar mocking frameworks.
