Description

Lead a team of four developers as a hands-on technical lead focusing on backend architecture and system design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design technical concepts and backend architectures for full-stack applications.
• Lead and mentor four developers through technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Write and maintain production-grade backend code.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across the stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot for backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging.
• Experience implementing Flink for stream processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience working with Security APIs.
• Moderate exposure to Angular for frontend integration.
• Proven ability to design system architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
