Lead software development and technical design in an agile environment. Own the release lifecycle and ensure solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions using Java 17 and Azure Cloud.
• Plan work independently to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Analyze technical issues and propose cost-effective, high-quality fixes.
• Apply current architecture standards and development guidelines to all projects.
• Communicate technical concepts and documentation clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Java 17.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging technologies including Kafka and KafkaMQ.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
