Description

You will lead technical development by translating business requirements into high and low-level designs for microservices and data persistence layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into high and low-level system designs.
• Develop RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement data persistence layers using ORM frameworks.
• Write unit tests and practice TDD within CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Solid experience in RESTful and Microservices development.
• Experience with ORM frameworks including Entity, Hibernate, or Dapper.
• Proficiency in Java Reactive Programming.
• Relational database experience with Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres.
• Experience with queuing or streaming engines like Kafka.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Docker, GIT, SonarQube, Checkmark, and OpenShift.
• Testing experience using NUnit or JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Jira, GitLab, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI, and ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
