Lead a development team in building scalable microservices and customer applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver microservice applications using best practices for high-quality, scalable, and fault-tolerant code.
• Manage a development team to deliver solutions for website user and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and front-end developers to define API schemas and integrate UI components.
• Set development standards, perform code reviews, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write automated unit tests and perform API validations.
• Experience performing technical assessments of requirements for implementation feasibility.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a technical team.
