Description

You will lead software development efforts and technical delivery within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and software engineering teams.
• Design and implement middleware services, APIs, and microservices.
• Oversee system architecture, design, and network administration tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities using Agile project management methodologies.
• Drive technical decision-making and provide mentorship to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or in a similar software development leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
• Technical expertise in Middleware services, APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and architectures, specifically Azure.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and design.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Scrum Master.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline release engineering.
