Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Java applications.
• Break down client and business problems into clear technical tasks for the team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Own architecture and design discussions for new modules and systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and proactively resolve technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proven experience building products or applications from scratch.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams and managing technical delivery.
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
