Description

Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud-native systems in a brown-field migration context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures using microservices and event-driven principles.
• Lead migration initiatives from on-prem legacy systems to public cloud environments.
• Develop and manage REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs within transaction processing environments.
• Create, publish, and socialize architecture and design documentation.
• Apply domain-driven design and performance engineering principles to build scalable systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices and 12-factor app principles.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs.
• Proven experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Strong command of UML, design patterns, and architecture frameworks.
• Experience working within agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of TOGAF.
