Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Write efficient Java code for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Java developers.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and sprint ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.
• Proficiency in Java (SE, EE) and modern frameworks including Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Strong experience with Hibernate and JPA.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful services and API design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, AWS, and DevOps practices.
