• Lead and manage offshore engineering teams of 15+ members.
• Drive implementation using microservices architecture.
• Design and build scalable solutions on AWS.
• Oversee technical delivery and ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka for event streaming.
• Experience designing and deploying Microservices.
• Proven operational experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Strong technical leadership and communication abilities.
