Description

You will lead the maintenance, support, and architectural improvements of Java-based applications, driving code quality and engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application maintenance, production issue resolution, and scalability initiatives.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless automation and delivery.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical problem-solving, and design guidance.
• Strengthen monitoring and alerting capabilities to reduce failures and minimize manual interventions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and Web Technologies.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST API design, development, and integration.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch.
• Experience building cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation Templates (CFT) and stack sets.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools: Maven, Jenkins, Git, SVN, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
• Strong experience with SQL and writing complex parallel streams in Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and digital automation workflows.
• Expertise in unit and automation testing using JUnit and Cucumber.

Bachelor's degree required.
