Description

You lead the design, development, and rollout of Java-based software and web applications, while providing production support and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and customization of software and web applications.
• Provide production support including ticket review, log monitoring, and issue triage.
• Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve production incidents through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and technical requirements.
• Oversee technical documentation, evaluation plans, and test results.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience using Java.
• 5+ years working with Java technologies, including web services on AWS or Cloud Foundry/Kubernetes.
• 4+ years of experience with the Spring framework and building cloud applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases like Redis, DynamoDB, or Aurora.
• 2+ years of experience in ETL for data processing, with Tableau or Power BI for visualization.
• Strong background in production support and triage activities.
• Excellent design, coding, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical documentation and formal reporting processes.
