Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Java applications from scratch.
• Break down business requirements into technical tasks for the team.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality.
• Drive architecture and design discussions for new modules and systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience building applications from scratch.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized technical teams.
• Experience with Restful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
