Lead technical solutioning and development for mission-critical applications and integration scenarios.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, deploy, and support JMS-based integration solutions and REST-based APIs.
• Conduct requirement analyses, peer reviews, and create technical specifications.
• Write, develop, and unit test software to meet design specifications and perform functional testing.
• Partner with technical teams to manage systems planning, scheduling, and implementation timelines.
• Lead implementation of agile processes and influence technology strategy.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience as a software architect or technical lead.
• Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JEE, JDBC, JMS, and JMX.
• Proficiency in presentation layer technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3.0, HTML5.0, DHTML, Ajax, and Dojo.
• Strong background in Object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and J2EE frameworks.
• Experience working with logical and physical data models and Oracle databases.
• Proven ability to design and test high-performance software for mission-critical applications.
