Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a team of engineers working toward shared technical goals.

Create and review technical design specifications.

Lead the design and development of Maven‑based Spring/Spring Boot applications (reactive programming a plus).

Architect and implement microservices solutions with event‑driven design patterns.

Work with relational databases and stored procedures (NoSQL experience a plus).

Utilize Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, and Jenkins for deployment and orchestration.

Balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on coding and system design.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Maven.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and event‑driven design.

Experience with relational databases and stored procedure design.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.

Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, and Jenkins.

Proven ability to lead engineering teams while contributing as a developer
