Description

You will lead a team of engineers to deliver technical solutions while contributing hands-on to system design and coding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engineering teams working toward shared technical goals.
• Create and review technical design specifications for complex systems.
• Architect and implement microservices solutions using event-driven design patterns.
• Design and develop Maven-based Spring/Spring Boot applications.
• Utilize Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, and Jenkins for deployment and orchestration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Maven for build management.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, and Jenkins.
• Experience with relational databases and stored procedure design.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams while coding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reactive programming in Spring.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
